Welcome to the "Goals Stronger Than Excuses" course, where we will empower you to break free from the limitations of excuses and unlock your true potential. Have you ever set ambitious goals for yourself, only to find that excuses hold you back from achieving them? We understand the frustration and disappointment that comes with this cycle. Whether it's the lack of time, money, knowledge, or fear of failure, excuses can become powerful barriers that prevent us from reaching our goals. But here's the truth: excuses are just illusions that keep us stuck in our comfort zones. In this course, we will dive deep into the pain points of using excuses and provide you with the tools, strategies, and mindset shifts needed to overcome them. It's time to leave excuses behind and embrace a future where your goals are stronger than any obstacle.  Each week we will have indepth discussions and then you'll be provided worksheets to guide you through your process to eliminate excuses.   We will also uplift and support each other outside of our sessions through a private Facebook Group.  Get ready to transform your life and create a path of success and fulfillment like never before.

Week 1: Discovering Your True Why 

Welcome to the "Goals Stronger Than Excuses" program! In this first week, we will dive deep into understanding the power of setting goals that are deeply rooted in our true why. We will explore how having a strong why can provide the motivation and drive needed to overcome any obstacles that come our way.  We will reinforce how breaking goals into small, achievable actions can lead to big transformations.  During this week, we will also learn how to anchor our goals with physical items that serve as reminders of our why. These reminders will help us stay focused and committed to our goals, even when faced with challenges.

Week 2: Mastering Habits for Success

In week two, we will explore the fascinating world of habits. We will learn how habits work and how they can either support or hinder our progress towards our goals. We will dive into the science behind habit formation and discover strategies to replace bad habits with good ones.

Additionally, we will explore how to audit our habits and identify which ones are serving us and which ones are holding us back. By gaining a deeper understanding of our habits, we can make intentional changes that align with our goals and propel us towards success.

Week 3: Overcoming Excuses - Lack of Time, Money, and Knowledge

Excuses can be major roadblocks on our journey to success. In week three, we will address three common excuses that often hold us back: lack of time, lack of money, and not knowing how to get started.

We will explore practical strategies to overcome these excuses and find creative solutions. By shifting our mindset and adopting a resourceful approach, we can break free from these limitations and make progress towards our goals.

Week 4: Uncovering Hidden Excuses

In week four, we will dig deeper into the excuses we tell ourselves that may be holding us back. We will explore common excuses such as fear of failure, fear of success, perfectionism, and self-doubt.

Through interactive exercises and group discussions, we will uncover these hidden excuses and develop strategies to overcome them. By addressing these internal barriers, we can unlock our full potential and move closer to achieving our goals.

Week 5: Creating an Excuse-Free Future

In our final week together, we will focus on creating an excuse-free future. We will recap the key lessons learned throughout the program and develop a personalized action plan to continue our journey beyond the program.

We will celebrate our progress, share success stories, and support each other in maintaining the momentum towards our goals. By cultivating a mindset of resilience and determination, we can build a future where our goals are stronger than any excuses that come our way.
