Join the 30-Day Goals Stronger Than Excuses Challenge

Are you ready to reset your physical, nutritional, emotional, and mental health habits? Our 30-day challenge is designed to help you do just that—completely FREE!

Here’s what the challenge includes:

  1. Move your body for at least 20 minutes each day.
  2. Eat 80% on a healthy meal plan, allowing yourself 20% flexibility.
  3. Meditate or gratitude journal for 10 minutes a day.
  4. Hydrate! Drink a minimum of 68 ounces of water daily.
  5. Set your own personal goal to focus on throughout the challenge.

We’ll have Facebook check-ins, and I’ll be sharing tips and insights to keep you motivated and on track. Whether you're starting fresh or getting back into the groove, this challenge is the perfect way to find joyful, balanced wellbeing.
